Real world journey

This is a highly experiential learning journey for progressive business leaders and organisations.

The journey provides senior executives with a unique opportunity to explore, with fresh eyes, the implications of sustainability for their organisations and their leadership legacy.

Participants are invited to go out into the world and immerse themselves in a series of dialogues and experiences with inspiring leaders and organisations. Seeing sustainability challenges firsthand, participants are given the chance and space to step back, challenge their views and draw insights for themselves and their organisations.

The learning journey usually takes place in strategic markets for the organisation. It can be shaped as a stand alone experience or as part of a business meeting or project, including board meetings, strategy days and stakeholder engagement and consumer insights exercises.

Duration: Two to five days full programme.
