Designed for experienced middle to senior managers and sustainability practitioners. Participants require a minimum of three years of relevant working experience and clear evidence on commitment to sustainability through their personal or professional lives. Typically, participants have 5 to15 years of relevant work experience.

We actively recruit a multi-disciplinary group from all sectors to maximise diversity. Fellow participants forge strong bonds and, on graduation, join the worldwide alumni network of 2,500 Lead Fellows.
