Discounts and Incentives

A discount of 15% is offered to applicants who are offered places within the Early Bird period specified on the How to Apply page. A discount of 30% off the full fees is available for non-governmental organisations. Organisations purchasing more than three or five places will be entitled to a 15% or 20% discount respectively. Please note that discounts cannot be combined. Bulk purchase discounts are only applicable to a single Programme entry period.

Amendments to the Programme

Lead International will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the Programme as described in the brochure and on our website. However, Lead International reserves the right to:

(a) to alter the timetable, location, number of classes and method of delivery of the Programme; and

(b) to make reasonable variations to the content and syllabus of the Programme.

Lead International will make available to the Participant such learning support, IT and other facilities as appropriate, but may vary what we provide from time to time, provided such variations are reasonable.

Cancellation

If a participant wishes to cancel their place, they must inform us in writing, either by email ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. ), or by post (to Lead Internationa, 114 Kensington High Street, London W8 4NP, England, United Kingdom).

Cancellations are non-refundable, unless made within seven days of the Participant's acceptance of a place on the Programme (the "cooling-off" period).

There is no right to cancellation within seven days where:

(a) the Participant's acceptance of a place occurs within seven days of the Commencement Date;

(b) the Participant has accessed or received any of the Programme learning materials (digital or otherwise), or;

(c) the payment includes a payment in respect of food or accommodation, or where Lead incurs any cancellation charge from a service provider as a result of the Participant's withdrawal from the Programme.

Programme places are not transferable and cannot be deferred. A request to transfer the Participant's booking or defer the Participant's attendance will be subject to the approval of Lead International, in its absolute discretion.

If the Participant cancels their place after the expiry of the cooling-off period, or ceases to participate in (or attend) the Programme after the expiry of the cooling-off period they will lose the non-refundable deposit and will be liable to pay a percentage of the Programme Fee as set out in the table below:

*The 'commencement date' is the date at which access is given to the Lead Learnscape online materials and modules.

Force Majeure

Lead International may cancel the Programme at any stage due to causes beyond its reasonable control. Such events shall include, but not be limited to fire, flood, industrial disputes, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism, acts of government and acts of God. In such instances we will promptly notify the Participant. In such instances, Lead International will then work towards rescheduling the Participants attendance so that they may attend the next possible iteration of the Programme.
