Beyond Leadership is a win-win programme for both participants who increase their understanding of sustainability and their capacity to lead in a complex world and in a multicultural and challenging environment, as it is for LEAD Fellows who benefit from a highly skilled team of professionals that bring their management and financial expertise to overcome challenges faced in Fellows’ projects.

LEAD has already delivered two training sessions for one of world’s largest bank, one in Brazil in 2007 and another in India, early 2008 where six LEAD India Fellows’ projects were selected. A third session is planned later this year where a group of 90 businessmen and businesswomen will spend a week in six community development projects ran by LEAD Fellows. The programme has been such a success that often major banks and multinational companies have expressed interest in LEAD doing something similar for them. LEAD therefore decided to expand its “Beyond Leadership” programme and take it to other countries where we have a presence. To do so, we need to know more about the projects LEAD Fellows are involved as well as your interest in hosting the programme.
