Climate Change Leaders – follow my LEAD!

LEAD has launched three brand new training and development modules designed to enable individuals and organisations to become ‘climate change champions’.

The three workshops, which can be delivered separately or together as a 2-3 day programme, are:

• Inspiring leadership for climate change
• Communicating climate change and
• Engaging stakeholders around climate change.

The feedback so far is very encouraging. One participant said: "I do stakeholder engagement for a living but these courses really sharpened up my thinking. I am going to go back and put what I learned into practice."

Created by LEAD’s international team of trainers, and targeted at cross-sector and culturally diverse audiences, each module contains practical tools and techniques to up-skill individuals and organisations to address climate change challenges and opportunities.
