LEAD 2.0 - Global Project Support Facility Work Stream
The purpose of the Global Project and Services Support Facility work stream is to define and develop a business case for a Network-wide support hub for Member Programmes and LEAD Fellows seeking to develop projects, activities, and tailored services outside of the core leadership development and learning programmes. The work stream will consider the core needs of project proposals such as technical design, proposal writing, development funding, partnering, project management and evaluation.
