Cohort 16 Fellows from the LEAD Africa Fellowship Programme have just graduated after completing their training at September's Pan-African session. The session took place in Abuja and the theme was 'Renewable Energy for Sustainable Development.' During the week, Associates discussed national energy sector case studies in Chad, Malawi, Nigeria and Senegal and exchanged views on their LEAD Associate Projects (LAPs) at an eco-solutions networking fair. The site-visits formed a central part of the agenda and gave the Associates the chance to discuss cross-cutting environmental, socio-economic, leadership and sustainable development issues. Cohort 16 Fellows are now part of the global LEAD Network and are looking forward to making a difference!
