Join the Network

To join the LEAD Fellows network, applicants must complete our acclaimed Fellows Training Programme.

Fellows training is run by our Member Programmes worldwide, building knowledge on current issues and developing key skills in emerging leaders who are ready and willing to address the challenges of sustainable development now and in the future.

Upon completion of the programme, participants become LEAD Fellows and join our unique network of talented individuals from over 90 countries. Fellows frequently mention the value of being part of the large LEAD family, where lifelong relationships are formed and continue to be strengthened over the years after their graduation from the programme.
