Why?
LEAD deliver high quality, participatory training tailored to the needs of workshop participants. Taking this time to discuss, understand and adapt training materials enhances the workshop success by making the training relevant to different cultural contexts. It also gives the trainers time to digest the training content for effective delivery, and to explore training techniques with their peers.
In this case, where training will be replicated in three different world regions (North America, South America and Africa) using the knowledge of regional trainers is particularly valuable.
