Outcomes
Facilitated by the LEAD training team, 9 new trainers from different countries including Thailand, the Philippines, Malaysia, Cambodia, Pakistan, Iran completed the 'training of trainers' workshop.
These new trainers then delivered training to 28 young leaders from south-east Asia who have completed all the above modules.
Young people are powerful agents for change. Leadership development programmes aimed at young people facilitate sustained capacity development and provide them with the means to do what they do better.
