LEAD Associate Project (LAP)

As a LEAD Associate, you will be required to undertake a practical and action-oriented project.

This can be an individual project or a group project with other people from the course. This is to help you link your new knowledge and skills with your professional work.

You will be fully supported by LEAD Europe’s office, other Associates, Fellows and employers.

You choose your theme when you start your training and receive continuous feedback through structured discussions with peers and staff throughout your programme.

The final event features presentation and discussion among the group of each Associate’s project work, the best of which will be displayed at the International Training Session.
