BOND course in cross cultural communications

LEAD is running a one-day open subscription course for BOND on 9 May in London, UK. Our ever-popular course on cross-cultural communication is proving a winner with a wide variety of audiences. The course will address and explore the challenges of cross-cultural communication and identify strategies that tackle common stumbling blocks.

By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:

• Understand the role of culture in the workplace and appreciate how cultural differences impact on interpersonal communication and teamwork.

• Demonstrate the effect of cultural differences on working in multi-cultural environments and practice cross-cultural communication and problem solving.

• Identify their own cross-cultural strengths and weaknesses and apply techniques to enhance their effectiveness in this area

• Discuss challenges and identify alternative approaches.
