‘Leadership for a Sustainable World: Practical skills for promoting change’ successfully combines key leadership skills with experience gained over a decade of LEAD training into a five-day course. The course places actors at the centre of the sustainability challenge by proposing that sustainable development requires a fundamental behaviour change – one that is possible through people management and effective leadership. Our training focuses on participants understanding the challenges, impacting the systems, and creating options to work towards sustainable development.

This training programme is intended for high calibre early to mid-career participants who are currently in leadership positions, or plan to take on leadership responsibilities in future and are passionate and enthusiastic about exploring sustainability challenges.
