Exploring Leadership through Discussion and Practice

What makes an effective leader? Can leadership really be learned? If so, what strategies can I apply to improve my leadership ability?

This course offers participants the opportunity to explore key leadership characteristics, to identify leadership styles, and to learn from past interactions, as both a leader and a follower.
The discussions, presentations, exercises and simulations that make up this workshop help participants to become more confident leaders and to develop strategies to apply new leadership tools, skills and knowledge in the future.
