Problem solving and negotiation are skills that LEAD identifies as being key to good leadership. This workshop helps participants to understand the principles of problem solving and negotiation, and to develop skills in these important areas. Simulations and small-group activities provide opportunities for all participants to practice decision-making, negotiation, and consensus building, giving them a set of tools that can be applied to their work and future activities.
