AboubakaryAboubakary Modibbo, a LEAD Fellow from Cameroon, has been awarded a Humphrey Fellowship by the United States Government.

The Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program supports ten months of academic study and related professional experiences in the US, and Fellows are selected for their leadership ability and commitment to public service.

Aboubakary will study Public Policy Analysis at the Evans School of Public Affairs, University of Washington. He will focus on the formulation, implementation and evaluation of public policies in the environmental sector. He was previously working as a State Inspector at the Supreme State Audit Office in Cameroon, where he specialised in environmental auditing.
