LEAD Europe London Module – Complexity Collaboration and Creating Change

The aim of this first module of the LEAD Europe Programme is to explore the complex interactions of multiple stakeholders in driving (or constraining) sustainable development. To explore complexity, collaboration and creating change in a real-world context, the London module will focus on the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games as a case study for leadership on sustainable development.

The CDKN Action Lab was a cutting-edge, action oriented programme focused on strengthening the relationship between action and policy at the intersection of climate change and development. This event brought together a dynamic group of 150 participants drawn from academia, government, civil society, NGO’s donors and the private sector from around the world.

The session focused on catalysing knowledge sharing, articulating policy lessons based on successful innovation, developing new collaborations and brokering action.
