Associates took part in their second round of LEAD Skills Modules, this time focussing on the core competencies e.g. Stakeholder Engagement, Advocacy and Influencing, etc. The afternoon provided some time to relax in Ottawa after three and a half intense days of training and Associates recharged before the site visits on Thurs 20th.
