Helvio Nicolau MOISÉS

Biography

Helvio Nicolau Moisés, currently a manager of CEPAM, the Study and Research Center of Local Government, received a bachelor's degree in biological science and a master's degree in education, both from the University of São Paulo. Previously, Mr. Moisés was a secondary school teacher and has written several biology and science textbooks for high school students. In the area of environment and development, he is interested in energy planning, soil and water conservation, solid waste management, environmental education and public health. As a LEAD Associate, he hopes to improve his overall knowledge of environmental issues, and through contact with other Associates, to improve his English.
