Biography
Cintia BONDER is a social worker and consultant. She has an undergraduate degree in social work and a masters degree in social work methodology (the administration and planning of social programs). She completed courses on social work and social politics in Sweden and in other Nordic countries along with studies in the area of health information. She speaks English, French and Spanish.
