Biography
Hugh MAYNARD is the owner of QUANGLO communications & consulting, an enterprise specializing in communications, strategic planning and development initiatives in the agricultural and agri-environmental sectors, and for rural communities.
He is the secretary-treasurer of LEAD Canada and the Canadian Farm Writers' Federation (CFWF), the International Director for the Association for Communication Excellence (ACE), and a director for the Quebec Association for Adult Learning (QAAL).
