Rajesh AGGARWAL is deputy secretary to the Government of India and has a special interest in population growth and the environment and its antecedent problems. He obtained a gold medal in marketing in PGIM; his hobbies include playing cricket and table tennis. He holds a master's degree and a postgraduate diploma in management.
