Dorothea Franziska Seebode

Biography

Dorothea Seebode is Senior Sustainability Officer of Philips Research. In strong cooperation with the Philips Corporate Sustainability Office she works globally on implementing sustainability as business and innovation driver. Her special attention points are energy efficiency (for all markets) and development: envisaging appropriate technology solutions for the "BoP".

Before she worked for 10 years in different role in innovation, ranging from project management in R&D, technology management, vision and strategy development, new business creation to strategic marketing.

Dorothea holds a PhD in Physics from the Technical University in Aachen (RWTH Aachen), Germany.
