Biography
Madhu Verma has a Masters in Economics with specialization in Regional Planning and Economic Growth and PhD in Industrial Economics. Basically an Environmental Economist, she has done her post Doctoral research at the University of Massachusetts(Amherst) and University of California(Berkeley),USA. She has been an academician and an economist for over 23 years. Currently she is Professor, Faculty of Forest Resource Economic & Management, IIFM, Bhopal.
