Biography

Appointed as National Programme Director with effect from the 1st of July 2007.

Before, coordinator of LEADnet Brazil and networking development at ABDL (Brazilian Association for the Development of

Leaderships). Coordinator of third sector management and networking projects at RITS (Brazilian Network of Information for the Third Sector).

Previously he coordinated consulting and research projects at CEATS (Center of Studies in Management of the Third Sector of the University of São Paulo) and at FIA/FEA/USP (Foundation Institute of Management of the College of Economy and Management of the University of São Paulo) in areas such as networking development, capacity building, third sector management and social development.

Masters degree and graduated in management by FEA/USP (College of Economy and Management of the University of São Paulo). Research focus on information and communication technologies, networking, social development and third sector management. Member of ISTR (International Society for Third Sector Research), ARNOVA (Association for Research on Nonprofit Organizations and Voluntary Action) and ISOC (Internet Society).

Dalberto Adulis ingressou na ABDL em junho 2001, sendo responsavel por desenvolvimento de redes e gesṭo de tecnologias de informacao da ABDL, alem de coordenador do LEADnet/Brasil. Dalberto tambem ̩e coordenador da Area de Apoio a Gesṭao e de projetos da RITS (Rede de Informacoes para o Terceiro Setor).

Anteriormente coordenou projetos e pesquisas no CEATS (Centro de Estudos em Administracạo do Terceiro Setor da Universidade de Ṣao Paulo) e na FIA/FEA/USP (Fundacao Instituto de Administracao da Faculdade de Economia e Administracao da Universidade de Ṣao Paulo) nas areas de formacao de redes, gesṭao e desenvolvimento social junto a organizacoes do terceiro setor, publicas e privadas.

Dalberto ̩ mestre e graduado em Administracao pela FEA/USP (Faculdade de Economia e Administracao da Universidade de Ṣao Paulo) tendo defendido dissertacạo na area de saude publica e reforma do Estado. E membro da ISTR (International Society for Third-Sector Research), ARNOVA (Association for Research on Nonprofit organization and Voluntary Action) e ISOC (Internet Society).
