Frank Abel LORES-PENALVER

Biography

Frank Lores-Penalver joined the LEAD International Staff in January 2001 as Junior Administrative Assistant. He works closely with the Administration and Governance teams.

In January 2002 he was promoted to the vacated position of Network Administrator/Helpdesk.

From June 2003 Frank Lores-Penalver is occupying the vacated position of Information Resource Officer assuming responsibility for the ongoing management and maintenance of LEAD's information systems, known as 'LEADnet'.

Prior to LEAD, he worked in several temporary assignments whilst working for ROC Recruitment. He worked at the University College London Language Centre as an evening receptionist.

Frank Lores-Penalver has an Engineering Degree in Automatics from the Superior Polytechnic Institute of Havana, CUBA.
