Fernando MONTEIRO DA CUNHA

Biography

Fernando joined LEAD International in February 2007 as a Training Programme Manager.

Fernando is an expert agronomist with a M.Sc. in Environmental Sciences - integrated watershed management and natural resources management. He has a special interest in social networks, knowledge management and partnership building.

In addition to being a competent generalist, he can efficiently apply and correlate scientific knowledge to environmental, social and economic challenges. He is a co-founder and director of Community Development Department of Evoluir Desenvolvimento Humano, a non-profit organization whose mission is to help local people secure access to reliable and clean water supplies and promote watershed environmental governance in Brazil.
