Climate Leaders is a global innovation programme designed for entrepreneurial individuals and pro-active organisations who want to harness the disruptive force of climate change.
The programme enables participants to identify and design initiatives that drive change in businesses, organisations and communities. At the same time, it builds a global cross-sector network focused on developing practical and sustainable solutions to climate change. This programme is closely linked to the work that LEAD is doing as part of the Climate and Development Knowledge Network and Capacity for Climate Change Adaptation.
Activities delivered as part of this programme range from training of public and private sector workers in India, to the delivery of a youth ‘climate champions’ programme for the British Council across Asia.
