Biography
Saodat PULATOVA joined LEAD's Fellows Programme in 1999 and has been responsible for being a focal person for LEAD Fellows. Her main projects as a Network Coordinator included managing the LEAD network and international offices by creating mechanisms for effective communication and leader-to-leader networking.
Since January 2008, Saodat is working with the Development team on all aspects of project development and management, and
and running of Partners for Environmental Cooperation in Europe (PECE) Secretariat.
Prior to joining LEAD International, S. Pulatova worked for International Research and Exchange Board (IREX) in Tashkent, Uzbekistan as a Program Associate and with Institute of Oriental Studies of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan.
S. Pulatova holds Master of Arts degree from State University of New York in Binghamton in Social Sciences and Public Administration and Bachelor of Arts degree from Tashkent State University.
