Capacity 2015
Capacity 2015 works through a series of partnerships to build capacities at the local level to realize the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) and continues the work of Capacity 21 in realizing the goals of Agenda 21 . It builds upon the lessons learned from the Capacity 21 Global Evaluation Report 1993-2001 as well as the insights gained through the Reforming Technical Cooperation Project.
