Developing leadership capabilities is a lifelong process. Based on nearly 20 years’ experience of developing global leaders for sustainability, LEAD has identified a number of key leadership competencies. Participants in the LEAD programme assess themselves against these competencies and create a personal development plan that allows them to take control of their own leadership development process.
