The Lead network brings together social thinkers, innovators and visionaries from all sectors and all walks of life, across 90 countries.

For over 20 years, Lead has pioneered the development of leadership capacity across sectors, on a global scale, to address the most pressing problems of our time. Founded at the 1992 Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro, our Fellowship Programme has empowered thousands of leaders to drive positive change across sectors and borders worldwide.

We actively sought to identify and nurture the skills of emerging leaders with the potential to become catalysts for change through our global Fellowship Programme. The alumni of over two decades of our pioneering programmes bring together leaders from business, academia, government and the third sector, all of whom are working to make a difference to our future at local, regional and global levels.

Our global community of leaders is a driver and enabler of learning.
