LEAD 2.0 - Organisational Development Work Stream

The purpose of the Organisational Development work stream is to build LEAD's organisational systems and capacity and ensure that the internal team structure and capability is fit to both drive the LEAD 2.0 transition process and deliver the resulting commercial and operational model.

Project manager: Graham Ward

Team: Juliane Nier, Kirsty Orrick
