LEAD 2.0 - Organisational Development Work Stream
The purpose of the Organisational Development work stream is to build LEAD's organisational systems and capacity and ensure that the internal team structure and capability is fit to both drive the LEAD 2.0 transition process and deliver the resulting commercial and operational model.

• A workshop will be held in the middle of December to review organisational development actions that are specific to the delivery of LEAD 2.0.
• Wider aspects of organisational development relating to the transition of LEAD International to a self-sustaining social enterprise will be implemented in the first half of 2012 but, for the moment, all development actions will be focused on delivering LEAD 2.0.

• Graham is currently developing a strategy for the organisational development of LEAD International and the wider network.
• This strategy is aimed at ensuring that the changes arising from both LEAD 2.0 and our move to operating as a self-sustaining social enterprise are reflected in improved and effective operating practices throughout the organisation
