LEAD 2.0 - Partnerships and Marketing Work Stream
The purpose of the Partnerships and Marketing work stream is to build on the market research and to identify and engage a range of partners that can support, deliver or contribute to both the LEAD 2.0 transition process and its development going forward. This will include technology partners, curriculum partners, delivery partners, funders and new clients. The work stream will also develop the marketing and communications strategy for the new LEAD model.
Project manager: Caroline Spencer and Graham Ward
Team: Gillian Martin Mehers, Tammy Marlar, Katie Singer, Janet Southern
Progress update:
08/12/11
• The project team has been focussing on the compilation and mapping of past and present partners to ensure that we use existing relationships to the maximum effect during the development of LEAD 2.0.
25/11/11
• The Partnerships work stream is being managed by Caroline and Graham until the new Director of Partnerships is appointed.
• The initial kick off meeting has been held and produced a successful strategy and relevant initial documentation has now been created.
• The next phase will involve a segmentation mapping of key partners and identifying how we will engage with these key partners.
