LEAD 2.0 - Transition Communications Work Stream

The purpose of the Transition Communications work stream is to ensure that the information and communications needs of all internal and external stakeholders are considered, planned for, and managed. Key objectives include maximising the opportunities to contribute to LEAD 2.0, and minimising the risks that are likely to arise through a lack of stakeholder engagement.

Project manager: Katie Singer
