LEAD 2.0 - Market Research Work Stream
The purpose of the Market Research work stream is to thoroughly understand the market that we operate in and the learning needs and preferences of our target audience: this research will inform all aspects of LEAD 2.0 design. The market research terms of reference include a competitor analysis, customer analysis, partners' analysis and infrastructure appraisal.
