This is a thinking exercise based on a set of behaviours and attitudes (we call them leadership dimensions) that we think are essential for leaders and change makers.
Step One:
Click on Vision & Values and work your way through the ten dimensions.
Step Two:
When you have finished, notice the behaviours that you think you demonstrate most often and least often. Ask yourself why?
Are these behaviours something you do consciously or unconsciously?
You might like to show your results to a friend and / or colleague and ask them if they recognise you from your answers.
Step Three:
Looking forward, what would you like to do more of, and what would you like to do less of?
