Since 1991, LEAD has identified and developed over 2400 LEAD Fellows through our Fellowship Programme. We work with emerging leaders from all over the world to enhance their leadership skills and their understanding of sustainable development. Once they have completed our training programme, LEAD Fellows are linked to our global network of Fellows for support and collaboration throughout their careers.
Our participants are mid-career professionals who have demonstrated leadership potential and a clear commitment to sustainability. We place a strong emphasis on ensuring our participants are from a range of sectors and countries – a large proportion are from developing and middle-income countries, particularly in Africa, Asia and Latin America.
The LEAD Fellowship programme develops participants’ knowledge, skills and personal awareness.
