Mr. Changezi works as an independent consultant. He formerly headed the Consumer Mobilization Unit at the Network for Consumer Protection, Islamabad. Earlier he worked with the Quetta Katchi Abadis Environmental Management Program (QKAEMP) as Team Leader of one of its six implementing partners, the Society for Environmental Awareness. QKAEMP is a low cost, community based, cost sharing project, designed to improve environmental sanitation conditions in Quetta's slums through active community participation. Earlier Mr Changezi worked as Program Coordinator for the Drug Demand Reduction Project Balochistan, which was jointly funded by Oxfam and the European Union. He started his career as Trainer, Human Resource Development with the Balochistan Rural Support Program (BRSP), Quetta, where he worked on staff training and organization development. He has organized and conducted numerous training workshops for different NGOs in areas such as interpersonal communication, motivation, teamwork and assertiveness, and Logical Framework Analysis. He has also written articles for local newspapers and journals. Two of his articles on nuclear testing and its adverse effects on the masses have been translated into Japanese. Mr Changezi has a first class Masters degree in Social Work from the University of Balochistan.
