Abderrazak OUERTANI is an agriculture and environment engineer in COMETE Engineering, a Tunisian consultant firm in the areas of environment and development.
He has involved in environment and planning programs in Tunisia, Algeria, Cameroon, Yaman and Morocco, particularly in waste management, industrial pollution protection programs and hydrocarbons environment and safety programs.
He is majored in agriculture and environment at the Hassan II Agronomic and veterinary institute in Morocco, Rabat and with the collaboration of the Cambridge institute, UK.
He has involved in the training program and perfection of environment in Tunisia supervised by the Nation Union Program of Development (PNUD).
He has also been consultant to Howard Humphries (UK) as an agriculture engineer, DHV Tunisia as an agriculture and environment engineer, IHE (Tunisia) as an environment engineer specialised in waste management, SLR (UK) as a waste management engineer and Symonds as a tunisian partner in waste managment consultancy projects.
