Starting his career as a Researcher, and later promoted to Researcher Consultant, Victor had his early career life in the Netherlands Economic Institute, which handled projects on micro finance and social development under the cooperation with the World Bank in Indonesia for the period of four years. Three years later, he decided to build up his career and expertise in the marketing area and had been exposed to managing a property-realty brokerage company (PT ERA Graharealty) a developer company (PT Dharmala Intiland) and had set-up the marketing department of Red Rocket Animation, an animation production house.

In 1996 he joined a representative of Franklin Covey's intellectual products in Indonesia, first as Facilitator / Specialist Trainer, responsible for running workshop on people development, based on Covey's products. His success earned him the title of Senior Facilitator/Consultant fully in charge of consulting clients on Organizational Development through alignment process of human resource programs. His other assignments included development of products for Indonesian market ran programs and developed Professional Resource Team for South East Asia Region.

From April 2001 till December 2002, Victor joined AndrewTani & Co., an organizational development consultant, where he leads one of the business units - Learning Division.

At present, Victor runs his own consultancy firm in Jakarta, named BR2C (stands for Be Ready To Change) that focused on facilitation services on Business (working) process consultancy, strategic alignment processes and people development processes.

At the same time, he becomes the resource person for several non-profit organizations such as the World Bank Institute, Future Search Network and the International Youth Forum.
