Titilayo TADE, is a Medical Social Worker at the Lagos University Teaching Hospital, (LUTH), Idi–araba , Lagos, Nigeria. Her responsibilities include counseling, rehabilitation, social assessment of patients, social administration, placement of abandoned children, sourcing funds for indigent patients and lecturing in various schools within the Teaching Hospital. Titi lectures at the following schools within LUTH
- College of Medicine
- School of Medical and Psychiatry Social Work
- School of Health Information Management

While working with LUTH she also works as a consultant on various projects for Non Governmental Organizations as a trainer/facilitator and volunteers time as an HIV/AIDS hotline counsellor.

Titi has a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Lagos, and trained as a Medical / Psychiatry Social worker at the School of Medical / Psychiatry Social work, LUTH.
