Anjelita MALIK works at the Royal Danish Embassy in Jakarta as the Business-to-Business (Environment) Programme Coordinator. Her role is to manage the Danida grant program that helps Danish and Indonesian companies in the Environment and Sustainable Energy sectors build long-term business partnerships.

Her interest main interest in sustainable development is in business sustainability and environment and sustainable energy industry.

Previously, she worked for a UNDP project that aimed to develop a strategy for a partnership between corporations and other stakeholders, regarding poverty reduction and environmental protection. The framework was what is now more known as CSR.

Prior to it, she worked for the Australian Trade Commission's Jakarta office, promoting trade relations between Indonesia and Australia in the environment sector. The position had a very strong relation with her previous work at the Department of Settlement and Regional Infrastructure in Indonesia, where she promoted private sector participation in urban infrastructure.

She finished her undergraduate study at Bandung Institute of Technology in 1996 and completed her postgraduate study at the University of Melbourne in 2000. Her master's research project discusses the decision-making process of finding a systematic manner to reduce the unaccounted-for water in urban water companies.
