Ana FERNANDES is technical director of Riopele Texteis Mocambique, a textile factory located in Marracuene-Maputo. She is responsible for the production and maintenance areas of the factory, and is interested in sustainable industrial technologies to help prevent industrial pollution. She has a master's degree in textile chemistry from Clemson University in Clemson, South Carolina (USA) and a degree in chemical engineering from Eduardo Mondlane University in Maputo, Mozambique.
