Winnie DHLAMLENZE is an environmental health officer with Johannesburg Local Council responsible for community development through health education, water sampling, food sampling and maintaining a clean and health environment for the people to live in. She is an executive member for the South African Institute for Environmental Health for the Johannesburg central region(SAIEM).
Winnie is also a member of the Disaster Management Task Team for region 10 JHB, and a member of the Pollution Task Team for Johannesburg metropolitan council. She worked for Sanlam in Randburg before joining the Johannesburg local council.
Winnie has a bachelor of technology degree in environmental health from Technikon Witswaters Rand and a diploma from the same institution in environmental health, a post graduate diploma in the management of HIV/AIDS in the work place with Stelenbosch university. Currently studying an Mphil in the management of HIV/AIDS in the work place with Stelenbosch University.
