Antonio Alfabeto is an electronics engineer working at Mozambique Postal and Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (INCM)since 2005. Before joining INCM he has worked at the Telecom Operator (TDM)in the Technical Audit Division for 8 years. Before joining TDM, he has worked during three years at Central Hospital Maputo at Maintenance Department as maintenance technician for electronics medical equipment. In 1994 he graduated as Radio and Television engineer at the Technical University of Sofia, Bulgaria. He has attended courses in Telecommunitions Business Management and Certification according to ISO9000 and ISO14000 Standard. He speaks Portuguese, English and Bulgarian Languages fluently. He can also speak Spanish fairly well.
