Victor Julien is a Drilling and production engineer. He earned his Master's Degree in Romania in 1983. He then worked with Empresa Nacional de Hidrocarbonetos de Mo�ambique.

In 1985 he was appointed as field Director in Vilanculos where, during a 4-year stay he prepared and coordinated the first drilling operation for Natural Gas in Pande Field.

In 1989 he moved back to Maputo where he was appointed Head of New Development Projects Department.

Currently, besides performing functions, he is a member of the Board of Directors of the Company.

Victor Julien is a frequent contributor with University (Universidade Eduardo Mondlane) in subjects related to energy, particularly the usage of Natural Gas in substitution of other sources of energy like biomass, electricity and in transportation.
