Adebowale ONABANJO is General Manager for VGC Maintenance

Management Company Limited, the Maintenance & Management Company for Victoria Garden City, a highbrow mixed land use Estate owned by HFP Engineering (Nig.) Limited in the Lekki-Peninsula area of Lagos State. He is in charge of administration, maintenance and management and ensures the efficient provision of services to the residents of the City. He has responsibility for the enforcement of the City land use regulations. Adebowale is a member of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) Nigeria Chapter with affiliation to IFMA Houston Texas USA. The City is the first of its kind is West Africa and Onabanjo is responsible for the generation of income in excess of N100Million naira yearly which is utilized for the provision of services to the discerning residents and other investors at VGC. Adebowale is a microbiologist by training with M.Sc. from the University of Lagos. Prior to joining the services of the company in February 2003,Adebowale worked for 11 years at Agbara Estates, the pioneer private Estate development in Africa where he was involved in diverse environmental and development planning matters through interactions with the factories on the estate and government agencies. He has an abiding interest in matters concerning the environment.

His academic background and work experience has broadened the scope of his knowledge with practical involvement in delivery of safe housing in a sound environment. He enjoys reading and traveling.
