Abimbola Iyabo ODUNTAN is a food scientist at Nestle Foods. She has managerial responsibilities for food quality and for the monitoring and control of packaging quality. She also assures the quality of on-line food processes and raw material inputs. A.O. Oduntan has a bachelor's and a master's degree in food science and technology from the University of Ife (1986 and 1989).
