Titilope Omowunmi OWOLABI is currently the Deputy Director/Head of Laboratory of Central Drug & Vaccine Control Laboratory of the National Agency for Food & Drug Administration (NAFDAC) & was the Deputy Director I/C Registration & Regulatory Affairs NAFDAC(2003-2005). She had previously been involved in the public-sector production of essential drugs in Nigeria as the Assistant Director in charge of the Quality Assurance Laboratory of the Federal Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Laboratory, Federal Ministry of Health, Lagos,Nigeria.She has participated in a number of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) projects. She is interested in environmental development that will enable individuals and communities to be assured of productivity, social well-being and enhanced standard of living.

Her Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Analysis is from the Strathclyde University in Scotland and her Bachelor of Pharmacy is from the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) in Nigeria. She also holds certificates in Health Planning and Management from the University of Maiduguri, Nigeria,Quality Assurance on Medicines from the University of Potchefstroom,South Africa.
